One-evening hand-building lab

In our one-evening ceramic course, we'll immerse ourselves in hand-building, modeling, and decorating. Here's what you will do : 

• experiment 3 different hand-building techniques (pinch pot, coiling and slab building)
• give texture and relief to your pieces with engraving and slip trailing
• decorate and add color with color slips and underglazes - you will also combine it with the texture work with techniques such as Sgraffito or Mishima

No limit on the type and number of objects you can make. Whether you want to model a sculpture, jewelry, a vase, or simply your new office mug, all ideas are welcome !

All pieces will be fired two times and coated with a food-safe transparent glaze,  and will usually be ready to be picked up after 2 weeks.
